Visible / Invisible is a collaborative project bringing together The Line (London’s first dedicated public art walk), the National Portrait Gallery and London College of Fashion to explore themes of identity and representation in the digital and public realms. Worked as the filmmaker to produce a film that documented the process and outcomes of the project that seeks to address the lack of diversity, equality and access of opportunity within the arts in East London for local young people and their communities.

Germinate is a touring programme featuring artists’ film and video works by seven filmmakers from West Asia, including artists from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Türkiye. The programme took place in Royal College of Art in London, Fabrica Gallery in Brighton and Firstsite in Colchester.

Hosted by SALT, the 4th Istanbul International Experimental Film Festival brings together works of experimental cinema. The selection presented 58 short films from 30 countries in 5 different categories. Early Stages of Carrying the Boulder won an Honorary Mention in the category First Experiment.

The film CONCERTO OF AMBIGUITIES was screened in an event taking place at Everyman Cinema in King’s Cross with Central Saint Martins BA Culture, Criticism and Curation students. The project aimed to dismantle the curator-viewer hierarchy by inviting the audience to participate in the act of “live curation” as they select the sound elements from their device.
✶ Yaşar Kemal’in İzinden: Çukurova (Following the Footprints of Yaşar Kemal: Çukurova)

As the director, went to Çukurova for three days to film the places that have influenced Yaşar Kemal, an internationally recognized Turkish author and poet, with the guidance of Nebil Özgentürk and Yaşar Kemal’s wife Ayşe Baban. The documentary was made for educational purposes and it premiered at the Caddebostan Cultural Center (CKM) on the 18th of February, 2019.
